Platform at a glance

Engineered capabilities, not feature lists.

Real-time operational intelligence

Every transaction streams into live dashboards — bed occupancy, enrollment, stock turnover — so decisions are made on what's happening now, not last month's report.

Live — synced 2s ago
Modular by design

Turn modules on as you grow — never pay for what you don't run.

Secure by construction

Role-based access, full audit trails, encrypted at rest and in transit.

Works on the networks you have

Static-first delivery and a tiny JS footprint keep pages fast on Slow 4G and low-end Android — performance is a feature, not an afterthought.

Multilingual-ready

English today; Dari & Pashto with full RTL when you need them — no re-engineering.

Integrates with everything

Lab machines, payment rails, government registries and legacy databases.

Why Lazuli

Built here. Held to a global standard.

The system that
actually fits.

Generic and imported platforms are adapted to the region at best. Lazuli is engineered for it — the workflows, the regulations, the languages, and the networks you really run on.

Built for local workflows & regulation

Mapped to how institutions here actually operate. Generic software: localized at best.

Fast on low-bandwidth networks

Engineered to stay responsive on Slow 4G and low-end devices. Imported tools assume broadband.

Local engineering & on-site support

An engineering team in Kabul, on your time zone. Generic vendors: remote & time-shifted.

Dari & Pashto, full right-to-left

Multilingual and RTL by construction, not bolted on. Most imports: English-only.

You own your data & integrations

Self-hosted where you choose, with open integrations. Generic SaaS: partial & locked-in.

How we deliver

A disciplined path from problem to platform.

Discovery

We map your operation, constraints and the outcomes that matter before a line of code.

Design

Architecture, data model and interface designed for clarity, security and scale.

Build

Engineered in tight iterations with you in the loop — no black boxes, no surprises.

Integrate

Wired into your devices, registries and existing systems, then migrated cleanly.

Support

Monitored, maintained and improved under a clear SLA, with your team trained.

Proof

Trusted by the institutions that move a nation.

From hospitals to universities to distributors — here's what changes when operations run on Lazuli.

Education

We evaluated three systems. Lazuli was the only team that actually understood how an Afghan university operates — the language requirements, the fee structures, the way exams work here. Athena covers everything from admissions to payroll in one platform.

Buyer FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

Still unsure? A consultation answers the rest.

Yes. All Lazuli products are designed for on-premises deployment on your own servers. An internet connection is not required for day-to-day operation — only for remote support sessions and optional cloud backup.
Copula includes 25 integrated modules covering Reception & Patient Management, Billing & Revenue, Doctor Portal, Pharmacy, Inpatient & Bed Management, Nursing & Patient Care, Clinical Documents, Incident Reporting, Insurance & Claims, Doctor Contracts, Laboratory (LIS), Radiology, Pathology, Cardiology, Endoscopy, HR Suite, House Job & Clinical Training, Finance & Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Optical Unit, Canteen & Dietary Services, Patient Mobile App, Reporting & Analytics, and Security & Compliance.
Telos is a single product with an industry-neutral core — users and permissions, master data, procurement, inventory, sales, and finance. On top of that core, pluggable industry packs add the fields, rules, documents, and dashboards a specific industry needs. You switch a pack on rather than buying a different product or commissioning a bespoke build, and a single installation can even run more than one pack at once.
Lazuli products support Dari, Pashto, and English in the user interface. Data entry and reporting work in all three scripts. We continue to expand language coverage based on client feedback.
Yes. Copula supports the Persian (Jalali / Hijri Shamsi) calendar alongside the Gregorian calendar, as well as right-to-left (RTL) layout for Dari and Pashto interfaces.
