Enterprise Resource Planning

One platform. Many businesses.

Most ERPs force a choice: a generic system that ignores your industry, or an expensive vertical-locked product that costs a fortune to deploy. Telos takes a third path — one core, many packs — so the same product becomes a pharmaceutical distribution system, a spare-parts wholesaler's, a supermarket's, or a general retailer's, depending on what you switch on.

The SME ERP that adapts to your business — one industry-neutral core, tailored by pluggable industry packs.

The problem

Most institutions still run on disconnected systems.

Many growing SMEs run multi-million operations on spreadsheets, paper ledgers, and the memory of long-tenured staff. The cost is real and recurring: money lost to stock that ages and expires unnoticed, multi-currency purchasing reconciled by hand, counter and field staff working blind, collections that react too late, knowledge that walks out the door, and no audit trail when stock or money goes missing. Telos replaces that with one system where every unit is tracked, every transaction is attributable, money is handled to accountant-grade precision, and everyone sees the same live picture.

  • One platform, many businesses
  • Offline-first, not cloud-dependent
  • Your data, your keys, no lock-in
The platform

7 integrated modules, one unified record.

Every commercial, financial, and operational function shares a single secure backbone — adopt the whole suite or start with what you need.

Finance & revenue

Finance (AR, AP & Cash)

The money side, handled to accountant-grade precision.

Operations & workforce

Inventory

The ledger at the heart of the system — accurate, immutable, and traceable from supplier to customer.

Procurement (Purchase-to-Pay)

The full supplier-facing cycle, with multi-currency and true landed cost built in.

Platform & patient

Reporting & Dashboards

A read layer that turns activity into decisions — role-based dashboards, dozens of reports, and live KPIs.

More modules

Identity, Roles & Access

The secure foundation every other module builds on — strong authentication, fine-grained permissions, and a tamper-evident record of every change.

Master Data

Clean, central reference data that every transaction draws on — products, partners, locations, prices, and currencies.

Sales (Order-to-Cash)

From the counter, the phone, or the field — all the way to cash.

Why Telos ERP

Built around what your institution needs.

Every module shares one governed data backbone — so the whole operation works from a single source of truth, not a patchwork of disconnected tools.

One platform, many businesses

The same codebase runs entirely different verticals through configurable industry packs. You adopt a platform that grows with you — not a one-off build.

Offline-first, not cloud-dependent

Daily work never waits for a server. Run fully offline for up to 30 days on a single PC, or 14 days across a LAN — your team never hits a "server is down" wall.

Your data, your keys, no lock-in

Built on open, standard foundations. Backups and sync are encrypted with a key only you hold — we store ciphertext we cannot read.

Your language, currency, and calendar

Full Dari, Pashto, and English with right-to-left layout, the Solar Hijri calendar alongside Gregorian, and true multi-currency with locked exchange rates and exact rounding.

Tamper-evident by design

Every change is recorded in an append-only, hash-chained audit log that makes tampering detectable — and produces signed, regulator-ready documents on demand.

Grow without migrating

Start on one PC. Add a server when you hire a team. Sync across devices through the cloud as you expand. The same product, the whole way.

By the numbers

A platform built for the whole institution.

Telos ERP FAQ

Common questions.

Still unsure? A consultation answers the rest.

Telos is a single product with an industry-neutral core — users and permissions, master data, procurement, inventory, sales, and finance. On top of that core, pluggable industry packs add the fields, rules, documents, and dashboards a specific industry needs. You switch a pack on rather than buying a different product or commissioning a bespoke build, and a single installation can even run more than one pack at once.
Today Telos ships four packs: Pharma (the flagship — batch tracking, FEFO, expiry control, Certificates of Analysis, MoH registration tracking, a controlled-substance ledger, recall management, and cold-chain enforcement), Spare-Parts (vehicle catalogue, VIN lookup, part-to-vehicle fitment, serial and warranty tracking), Supermarket (barcode POS, perishable-lot management, flexible pricing rules, loyalty), and General-Retail (streamlined quick-sale and simple-stock). Because the core is vertical-neutral, new industries can be added as packs without rebuilding the product.
Telos ships in three deployment shapes that share one back-end: a standalone PC app, an on-premise LAN server for teams, and a vendor-operated cloud for backup, sync, and updates. Daily work never depends on a connection — the standalone app runs fully offline for up to 30 days, and a LAN server keeps every workstation running for up to 14 days without internet. The cloud is the connective tissue, never a requirement for day-to-day operations.
Yes — that is a core design goal. Begin on a single PC, add a LAN server when you hire a team, and later sync across devices through the cloud as you expand. It is the same product the whole way, with no migration to a different system.
Localization is a first-class feature, not an afterthought. The full interface is available in English, Dari, and Pashto with proper right-to-left layout, and the Solar Hijri (Jalali) calendar runs alongside Gregorian. Telos is truly multi-currency — every value carries its own currency code, exchange-rate snapshots are locked at the moment of a transaction and never recomputed, and all money math uses banker's rounding. AFN, USD, INR, PKR, BDT, and EUR are supported at launch.
When data leaves your premises for backup or sync, it is encrypted on your device first with a key only you hold — we store ciphertext we cannot read, even if compelled. The standalone database is fully encrypted with AES-256, and traffic is protected with TLS 1.3. A one-time recovery key lets you regain access if you forget your password; without your password and recovery key, no one — not even us — can recover your data. That is deliberate.
Every create, update, and delete is recorded in an append-only, hash-chained audit log that makes tampering detectable, and a daily integrity job verifies the chain end-to-end. Regulated records — Certificates of Analysis, controlled-substance movements, and recalls — get their own tamper-evident trails and produce signed, timestamped, regulator-ready exports on demand. Regulated data stays on your premises by default, and document numbering is sequential and gap-free by design.
Yes. We migrate data from Excel files, paper registers, and other systems as part of every implementation, and Telos exports cleanly to Tally, QuickBooks, and generic CSV/XLSX so your accountant and existing tools keep working. Your data is always recoverable as an incremental, encrypted change log — an open foundation, not a proprietary black box — so there is no lock-in.
The desktop app is built with Flutter for Windows 10/11, macOS 12+, and Linux, with an encrypted SQLite (SQLCipher) database and an install footprint under about 80 MB — no JVM required. The server back-end runs on Spring Boot (Java 21 LTS) with PostgreSQL. The standalone and server engines implement the same business rules and are verified to produce byte-identical results, so your numbers are the same whether you run on a laptop or a server.
Telos editions follow how you deploy — Solo (a single PC), Team (an on-premise LAN server for 2–100+ users), and Enterprise (multi-site, cloud-connected, with priority support). Every edition includes the complete platform core, full security, multi-currency, and the English/Dari/Pashto interface; industry packs are add-ons. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
