Aman Eye Specialized Hospital was managing patient records, prescriptions, optical sales, and billing across disconnected paper registers and spreadsheets. Duplicate entries, billing discrepancies, and no consolidated view of a patient's journey from consultation to eyewear dispensing were affecting both clinical quality and revenue. The optical unit — a critical revenue stream — operated entirely outside the patient record system.

Lazuli deployed Copula with a focus on ophthalmology workflows: patient registration and billing in week one, doctor portal and optical unit integration in week three, pharmacy and lab in week five, and finance and reporting in week seven. The optical unit was fully integrated into the patient record, so a prescription from the consulting room flowed directly to the workshop and point of sale. Training was delivered in Dari on-site.
