Athena Implementation at Mili University

Mili University's registrar was managing over 5,000 student records in a mix of Excel files and handwritten registers. Exam results were calculated manually each semester — a process that took three weeks and produced frequent errors. Fee collection had no central visibility.

Lazuli migrated historical student records into Athena, configured Mili University's grading scale, and trained faculty to enter marks directly. The finance module replaced manual invoicing. A student portal was deployed so students could check grades and balances without visiting the registrar.
